All products sold on printableanddigital.com are digital downloads—Google Sheets templates, planners, and related digital files. Because these files are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete and access has been granted. We encourage you to review each product’s description, previews, and requirements carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or inaccessible files

If you experience a genuine technical issue—such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or being unable to access your purchase—please contact us at yasinsingay786@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a corrected file or, at our discretion, a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.

Accidental purchases
