All products sold on printableanddigital.com are digital downloads — Google Sheets templates, planners, and related digital files, sold through our payment provider Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases.

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of your transaction and receive a full refund, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

However, because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, this right ends as soon as you begin downloading or accessing your template, provided you consented to instant delivery at checkout. In practice, this means if you request a refund before accessing your download, you’re entitled to a full refund within the 14-day window. Once you’ve downloaded or opened the template, that right no longer applies, since the product has already been delivered and used.

Faulty or Inaccessible Files

If you experience a genuine technical issue — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or being unable to access your purchase — please contact us at yasinsingay786@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a corrected file or a refund.
